This is easily the best laptop that I have ever owned. I use it for gaming but also for doing edits on high-resolution images. The processing speed and graphics capabilities are phenomenal. It’s also small and highly portable without excessive hassle.

Great Hardware, Absolute Nightmare With Windows Updates
I really wanted to love this laptop. The build quality is premium, no complaints on the hardware side at all.But the Windows experience? Total disaster.Right out of the box, Windows Updates dragged on for hours. Multiple times. At one point, the system just froze mid-update, forcing me into recovery mode to reinstall Windows. Tried again, hoping it was a fluke, same garbage. Endless updates, system hanging, and a laptop I couldn’t actually use.I didn’t drop this kind of money to become a part-time IT technician. Ended up returning it because I’m not babysitting Windows every time it decides to break itself.

Broken on day 1
Day 1 and it already broken. Did the initial windows 11 setup and then it got stuck in “just a moment” screen for over 3 hours. Everytime I restart it it does the same thing. This thing is never going to start up is it?

Beautiful and fast but with an issue
This computer is pretty and fast. I got it for video editing and it works very well with DaVinci. The screen is gorgeous but reflective.My only issue so far is that on occasion after boot, the keyboard doesn’t work. After a reboot, it works 🤷
