Good Value and Performance for a Home Computer
Reconditioning was excellent. This product was delivered in excellent condition with Windows 11 operating system installed. I replaced a tower with this smaller from factor and aside from the extra bays for additional hard drives I do not miss the old, larger computer.Performance of the computer is great for home. Has built in Bluetooth and WiFi. Keyboard and mouse of are of average quality. Used my previous and keyboard. Starts up quickly and has brisk performance for common tasks. All and all a great little home computer. Have had it now for one month without any problems. The reconditioner has its own tech support hot line (which I have not used) which should help if there are problems.

Ordered this to replace a very old laptop. It came with the desktop tower, that was less bulky than I expected and helped to save the limited space at my desk. Also included were a mouse, keyboard and external Wifi USB drive. It came with detailed instructions for initial setup, but due to my unique situation with Internet availability I quickly ran into trouble. Those instructions included a dedicated support phone number, and upon calling them I was immediately connected to an actual human being. I didn’t have to deal with a computerized phone system and go through endless menus. The technician on the other end was extremely polite and professional. He immediately understood my problem and quickly walked me through a DOS promt override to bypass the issue I was having. At that point I was easily able to complete the setup without further assistance. Other than that one small hiccup, setup was a breeze and I was incredibly happy with how fast the system ran. Everything loaded lightning fast and worked flawlessly. It’s really nice to be able to click on something and get instant results. Windows 11 was included with this machine and loaded instantly. It’s incredibly responsive and I had no issues with functionality in any way. I am beyond impressed with this purchase and the amazing customer service backing it up.

Everything worked great out of the box. Even appreciate the keyboard and mouse that came with it. Plenty of ram, storage, and speed for what I need it for. Not going to be a gaming computer as the video card is only 4 mb. But video card was enough to run two monitors. Way cheaper than store bought one. And I was amazed how quiet it was, that I had to see if it had a fan.

Solid computer for pricing. I was on the edge about purchasing refurbished but I am highly satisfied with the OptiPlex desktop. Fast speeds, great size for updating hardware. Clean and like new condition. Low to no noise at all. Very easy to use and very simple to set up and update. Not sure about wifi as I am using a hardwired connection. I would buy again. This computer was in pristine condition. It was actually hard to notice any blemishes. Literally almost new. I found it to be working perfectly and with all advertised specifications. Had no problem whatsoever loading Windows (even with auto register), setting it up, connecting to wireless, using HDMI for the monitor or otherwise. The computer was just a breeze to setup, honestly. Been using it for a couple of weeks and I’m very satisfied with it. In top of that, it was received super quickly and at a price difficult to match. “Refurfished” is the new “New”.All in all, a worthy successor to my (still running smoothly) Windows 7 Gateway!

This was a renewed tower. The computer arrived in near new condition. It appeared to be clean inside and out. I did a system check, and it was equipped as described. It boots up fast and runs thing very quickly. The included keyboard had a key that didn’t work properly so I emailed the seller for assistance. They responded overnight and I had a replacement keyboard the next day. Terrific customer assistance. So far so good
I got the order through TecnoCanada here on Amazon for this Dell OptiPlex 3060 because I was putting together a computer for my godkids. This computer was as described. Came loaded with Windows 11 and it’s plenty fast and reliable for what they will use it for. Really happy with this purchase!
