No wi-fi to wi-fi in minutes!
I had no wi-fi driver on my computer. I downloaded the file and plugged it into the USB. I am a complete computer idiot and this worked like a charm. I now have wi-fi capability on my computer. Super slick.

EZ install, works great
Works great. Downloaded driver via link provided in documentation, plugged the device into a USB port, selected Wi-Fi (5g) network, it worked.The built in Wi-Fi device on my computer failed. Before I messed with this new Wi-Fi device, I made sure this built in device was disabled. A det ail anyone using this new device should realize.

Problem solved. My PC couldn’t detect the netgear wifi signal although it was able to detect my neighbours!! This little magical piece has solved the problem and I can go back and work in peace.Installation is so easy as well.Thank youuu

Does Not Work, Show Light, Activate Anything
I bought this specifically because I have an old laptop that will not access wifi no matter what I do or what I check, as it is supposed to download new drivers to enable connecting. But instructions clearly state you must first get online to download drivers in order to use the USB that is supposed, making the USB pointless to begin with when you need good stable wifi in order to use the it. It makes no sense at all. There is no blinking light to indicate it working, nothing about compatibility. Each of use absolute zero since it does nothing at all and serve no function I can see other than to have a dead USB. Ease of use is zero since it does nothing at all and fails to download any drivers or aid connecting. The value for money is also zero because it does nothing at all and failed to download anything at all, didn’t make any noise or show any light or give any indication of working or even connecting or having anything to download. The value for money is zero as well, since I have to return it for not working or doing anything.

Les 2 téléchargements ne fonctionnent pas. Pas de CD inclus tel que promis. Tout est en anglais. L’ordinateur a bloqué. Obligation de redémarrer l’ordinateur en mode sans échec pour désinstaller la chose. N’est pas reconnu comme une carte réseau, plutôt comme autre périphérique. 4 heures à perdre mon temps avec ce produit. J’ai retourné le produit qui coûtait 45.97 $.J’ai changé pour la TP-Link AC 600 au coût de 19.53 $. J’ai un forfait 60-10 et je roulais à 28-6. L’installation a pris 10 minutes et je roule maintenant à 71-11. Bravo à TP-Link et honte à Netgear.

Bought it because my surface pro has a Marvell Avastar wireless controller that’s useless from any distance from the modem thought this might help but it has no antenna so didn’t work maybe if I was in the same room as the modem so no help returned to Amazon

Seems to help older laptop with WiFi. To be expected antenna not too big.

Worked well for a little over a week. It got so hot that I think its overheated the internal board. Junk. Waste of 45$
