Arrived Defective – No Space for Upgrades
The computer arrived completely defective and would not power on.In addition, Amazon suggested compatible upgrades (extra RAM and a graphics card), but the motherboard in this PC has no available slots to install them.The unit was returned to Amazon, and I am still waiting for my refund.Disappointing experience overall — I recommend checking hardware compatibility and product functionality before purchasing.

Missing things from the title
You have to assemble it which theyfailed to mention in this listing, It also doesn’t connect to wifi which they ALSO failed to mention. I’m extremely agitated because there was no mention of needing a ethernet cable, i would have never purchased this if i had known i couldn’t connect it to the wifi.No clue how the performance actually is with this pc, because i can’t run anything without getting that cable.

Buyer beware
First one arrived broken. Had to pay out-of-pocket for the return. Got the replacement n 10/20 only to find out it is loaded with Windows 10 which became obsolete on 10/14… so basically useless without an expensive upgrade. Also had to be assembled, which was not an issue, just one more thing to note.

Works great, but runs on outdated OS.
Honestly, it works great for a gaming desktop, especially if you want a VR ready gaming computer. The only real gripe I have about it so far is that it runs on Windows 10 and support is ending in less than a month. Also to run some of the most recent games, it’ll likely need additional ram and a minor component upgrade to move up to Windows 11. But other than that, it still works great.
