Awesome buy!!! Product showed up as described, there was a minor user error which ended up just being a software update. Thanks to the seller being patient!The drone is great for beginners and user friendly.I wanted to reach out and apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. I recently sent my drone in for maintenance—just a routine check and lubrication—but unfortunately, UPS mishandled the shipment, and it ended up at a return facility in Kentucky.With help from Asurion and one very competent Amazon employee, we were able to track it down and have it diverted back. However, when it was returned, I discovered that all of the identifying and maintenance-related information had been removed. The packaging was also discarded, and the drone, batteries, and remote were just placed loosely in a plastic bag inside the box without any protection.Additionally, all of my postal labels (which included my name, address, phone number, and FAA-required tail number) were removed—apparently with a razor or sharp object—causing deep scratches and gouges in the labeled areas.Amazon is currently processing an A-to-Z claim regarding the damage. I fully understand that this situation is not your responsibility, as you are a third-party seller and have no control over Amazon’s handling or their fulfillment centers. I’ve made it clear to them that you should not be held accountable for this.I appreciate your understanding and just wanted to make sure you were aware of what happened. I’ve requested your contact information from Amazon, but they were unable to provide it. Please know that I’ll continue to stand by you as the seller in this matter.Top it off Amazon encourage me to file a claim with a Chhun for the damages that occurred during their transaction which I consider fraud!Best regards,Charles
A great unit, easier than you think. Don’t believe all the negative reviews.
This is a great unit. The drone is easy to fly with the understanding that you follow all the directions and you have it in the correct mode when you first learn how to do it. Very important don’t put it in sport mode if you don’t have the skill to fly a sport mode! A lot of people bashing this drone was because they just went right out and flew it like a maniac when they first got it, instead of making sure they had the skills to fly in sport mode. It’s expensive, but I recommend it if you wanna have a drown that you can have fun with flying in first person view. The drone is agile and the battery last a significant amount of time.

Box was missing USB Adapter still waiting on that to be shipped. Price is a little high, It popped up in things I might like for $350 Cheaper after the fact. But Other than the price it’s an amazing little unit. I thought I would get dizzy and sick feeling watching it through the Goggles but It’s not bad at all.
