I love this lock
I love this lock.. was about to send this lock back after emailing and calling the company and reinstalling the lock a couple of times telling them my handle turns upwards and the door opens..so after a couple of days and tries and no success I’m opening the box to put the lock in and gets what falls out..the 3.1 screw to lock the exterior handle in place..After laughing at my self I reinstalled with the screw in place and the lock works perfectly..This time it was human error after I complained about the handle they should’ve told me to check the handle screws..their tech support not so great..Anyway if you take out me leaving out that screw installation was so/so not too easy and not too hard…the instructions need to be a little clearer and the video should be a little more detailed telling where screws go..other than that I love this product my bedroom door is locked my kids can’t pick the lock it’s tight and tuff.. highly recommend this product

Very good product
This is my second Desloc product. I gave the first order a 5 star review because it has a gateway included.Buy despite having no gateway, this is still a very good product, Easy to install, nice look, great value. A 4.5. You can buy a separate gateway to enable remote access. It can be opened in several ways- passcode, rf/nfc cards, fingerprint and physical keys. I was also able to use my smartwatch as nfc card. Also it has a record of the unlocking and locking.

Please do not buy this product. You will regret it.
Horrible horrible waste of money. Not only was an incredibly difficult to install, when I couldn’t get it installed and I called customer service basically they said too bad for you. I’ve had locks installed before by professionals, this is completely unacceptable. Please do not buy this product. please please please please do not buy this product.!!!!!!!
