Useful for linux
I received this product in Chile. This computer is quite light-weight to be relatively powerful. I installed Debian 13 on it and it is running quite well. The cover looks quite durable. The screen is quite good. The keyboard is comfortable to use. Since I purchased the 512 Gb version on purpose, I cannot say anything about the storage. This PC’s speed is good as expected. The number of ports is enough for me.

Faulty Screen Fresh out the Box
Shipping was quick and the laptop came quicker than expected.It’s sleek, fast, and the weight of it feels nice. I only set it up an hour ago so I can’t speak on its performance, but for the price I am disappointed in screen quality.The screen if faulty. It flickers and has black streaks that spread across it when scrolling or adjusting fresh out of the box.When hitting the “return or replace” button return was the only option. I bought this laptop on sale. I was really hoping to replace it instead. The policy also says it only covers a return up until today (the day after delivery). I work a lot and I’m glad I found the time to start setting it up today before the expiration. I’m still waiting for a reply from the seller. I’m still hoping for a replacement. I will update my review once I hear back!

Great for work and play on the go!
Great little gaming laptop at a modest price. I have bought many, many laptops over the years. This laptop has quickly become my go to for on the go work and play. Very low power consumption yet still can hold its own. I often time work with very large spreadsheets and this can handle what I throw at it. Worth every penny!

I got this for work, gaming, art, watching things and stuff of that sort and this is my overall review.- The laptop quality is nice and appealing to look at.- It can be bit difficult to set up in the beginning like where it’s supposed to pop up a space to make a password and you have to click some buttons and stuff for it to show it which you can find tutorials of it on Google and YouTube of how to fix it and from there it’s smooth landing.- It is not a heavy laptop and it is easy to travel with.- The battery life can be iffy. At first it used to last a long time but over the time I’ve bought it I’ve noticed it dies in like 2-3hrs even at half brightness.- I do not like the charger this laptop comes with. It acts like it has a short in the cord and I’m hoping to find a better charger for it because it’s like having a phone charger that only charges your phone if it’s in a certain position and the charger looks cheap and wonky tbh.- The screen size is very nice.- The sound quality is good.- The camera quality is no where near good as a iPhone or LG G8 flat phome camera so if you want to stream I do suggest buying a new higher quality camera and possibly better microphone for it.- This is a Microsoft laptop in other words this runs Xbox and things like that so if you don’t have an account you will need to make one for the Microsoft.- It is good for gaming it doesn’t do much in terms of lagging.- It has a lot of storage space. I mean I have Sims and other games and it barely takes up 1/6th of the space of storage space.-It has a tab on the thing and QR code so you can contact customer support on WhatsApp.

Great Laptop for Everyday Use and Casual Gaming
I purchased this laptop primarily for everyday use and casual gaming. So I didn’t need a dedicated graphics card. This laptop has a very powerful integrated GPU, which is exactly what I was looking for. After using this laptop for about a week, it performs all tasks without slowness and lag.Here are some pros and cons of this laptop:Pros:- It has a camera privacy cover.- Setting up Windows is very easy and quick.- The pre-installed system is clean, with no malware.- It includes a 100W charger, which also supports PD.- Both USB-C ports are fully featured.- The screen is impressive, offering a great viewing angle.- The integrated GPU is quite powerful (Left 4 Dead 2 runs at about 70 FPS on high settings).- It operates quietly during regular use, although it can be a bit noisy while gaming.- The build quality is solid.- Battery life is good.- Keyboard is comfortable.Cons:- The numpad layout is not standard.- The USB-C ports do not support Thunderbolt. When using a Thunderbolt dock to connect two monitors, the laptop can only support one monitor at a time. The second monitor must be connected via the HDMI port.Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase. I highly recommend this laptop if you’re looking for a everyday use laptop.

Random rebooting
I bought this laptop and within 2 weeks of install it started to randomly reboot itself causing loss of work. They state they have “exceptional customer service”…the only customer service provided is to reinstall my OSA monkey could have told me that..I need an actual person who knows the OS to help me diagnose the issue..not a help desk script.
