Q：Why is the subwoofer not working?
A：Please use DJ songs to test it. At this time, you can clearly feel the vibration of the subwoofer by touching it with your hand. Remember to adjust the EQ to EQ1 music mode to test it.
Q：It dose not work or no sound.
A：Please follow the Setup Tips or Manual to install it step by step, if this issue does not be fixed, please send email to us, we will help to deal with it without 24 hours.
Q：How do I use TV remote to control the soundbar?
A：The sound bar do not support third-party remote. For some TV, use AUX cable to connect the sound bar, and you can use the TV remote to control the volume.
Q：Can I use it with my headphones?
A：No, it is not compatible with headphones.
Q：Why does the sound still seem very low even when both the audio source and sound bar are turned up to maximum volume?
A：Please first check whether the sound source has volume protection set. You need to disable the volume protection function to reach the maximum volume.
Use Tips:
1, For Optical (SPDIF) connection, please change your TV audio output to optical or external speaker, change the audio format setting to PCM and make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.
2, Sound bars for TV does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable Dolby and DTS on your TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video apps.
3, The USB interface of the sound bar is only suitable for playing audio from the U disk and updating the firmware, cannot supply power to the sound bar. The AUX port cannot be used as a headphone jack.

Sounds great for the price
The adage of you get what you pay for is true with most electronics. This is not Bose quality however sounds great for the price. NOTE— it is NOT true Bluetooth if you are looking to make your setup entirely wireless. It does come with an optic cord to connect your smart tv and cords for older tv options. You can find the manual online if you need one but mine did not come with a manual. It does have Bluetooth for music. If you decide it’s not loud enough and need an extra boost in sound, supplement with the tv volume. The subwoofer does vibrate the floor if you turn it up. Works great for an enhanced movie experience and has options for a fun background lighting on the soundbar. Options to turn it off if the light bothers your viewing. Happy with our purchase for the price. No issues since set up over 30 days ago.

The price and smaller dimensions concerned me at first. Make no mistake, this unit can knock! Five minute install and different tweaks you can do to your EQ preference depending on what your watching, is a breeze! Blutooth works fine. Buying another for my garage/shop tv. All praise, and zero complaints.

I am very picky with my tech and this is phenomenal. I am using this in an unconventional way, not hooked up to a TV, but rather to my computer (through the AUX cable provided connected to my monitor) for my gameroom/office. I should have purchased this a long time ago. Got this on a lightning deal and does not disappoint. Highly recommend and the quality of the sound is that of a much more expensive soundbar + subwoofer. Great job on the product and also great job on the customer service. Received an email from them upon the delivery of product with instructions (also provided with the product). The RGB light coming from the back of the soundbar is clutch for me as well as I was looking for that from another product and this 1 product provided it. I also prefer that the branding is fairly subtle and not so much in your face. Very pleased. Thank you, Wohome!

Not the best
The sound is good size perfect for my 27 monitor easy to setup but there is problem with that every time i turn on the back light it make a weird sound that it just happened when u turn on pink or blue and rainbow color it’s loud that effect on the sound

I can 100% recommend this system. I was stunned at the sound quality for only $100. It has turned an old TV with garbage, crackling speakers into a movie theater in my bedroom. It took about ten minutes to unpack and hook up.If you’re using the Optical output from your TV (I am), just set your TV output to PCM, set the TV speakers OFF, but turn the TV volume up full. (You won’t hear anything from your TV speakers, but you’ll need them up full so your soundbar will output the sound through ITS speakers.)Works with Netflix, Prime, Roku, Blu-Ray discs, and even streaming music from my phone via Bluetooth.The changeable colors of the backlight are a very cool feature.The remote is simple and works great.5-stars all the way. 4 stars because I did go through as much reviews possible, I didn’t see many at all saying it’s for a small room – and the echo is pretty prevalent on each setting, the sub woofer doesn’t boom like the previous one I bought and is very similar set up, speaker n sub woofer. I don’t mind it using in living room, which isn’t big, will be looking for a better one for my bedroom again. It sounds great in the living room, I mean your paying for what you get, so it’s not terrible by any means, love the LED lights in the back super cute! The supplier was extremely helpful when I submitted the warranty through them, very fast and really kind! I could see, if a problem did rise it would most definitely be handled with efficiency and effectiveness! Definitely wish the bass wasn’t giving out when using the volume I do when I’m cleaning or stuff around the house, I love blasting tunes! Again, not recommended for LARGE spaces, effective performance in smaller spaces !

My television the speakers are not great, wanted to add some quality sound. This product is fantastic the sound is amazing and the added sub woofer is the cherry on top. Great bang for your dollar. Also quite easy to set up.
