Not NOISE CANCELING
I am a mother of two under two and I wfh inna call center I need something that will cancel my entire background and I thought these would be the ones from some of the reviews I read but no not the case I got them in today paired them to my phone and tested them out my mom can hear every thing in the background
Wantek Wireless Headset with AI Noise Cancelling Microphone
I recently got the Wantek Wireless Headset with AI Noise-Cancelling Microphone, and I’m so impressed! My old headset was the source of all my problems; all of the background noise made taking calls a nightmare. But this new one? It is like night and day! The noise-cancelling microphone is legit. I don’t have to shout anymore when I am on a call, and the other person can hear me fine no matter how loud the background noise is.It has a reliable Bluetooth connection, so it never cuts out or gets fuzzy, and I can wander around my apartment with it without issue. It also comes with a USB dongle. I don’t really use it because my computer has Bluetooth, but it’s nice that it’s there just in case.The headset itself is super comfortable. I mean, we are talking hours of wear time and no vice-like head pain. Both the earcups and the headband are nice and soft. Speaking of the headband, it’s also adjustable. I have a big head, and I didn’t have any trouble getting a comfortable fit.It also has pretty good battery life. I can get through a whole workday on a single charge. Plus, you can use it while it’s plugged in, so you can keep using it, even if it dies.Overall, the Wantek headset is pretty affordable, well-built, and just works well, making it a good choice. I would recommend it to others.

No noise cancellation. Callers can hear my kids in the background at times. For the price, no background noise should be picked up. I’m able to move around while taking calls for work, which was my main goal.Other than it lacking noise cancellation, it works fine.

This headset, that I need for work from home, call center, is very frustrating. I wanted to believe all those amazing reviews. This headset is pretty, slick and comforting, but it does not work. I use the dongle and I can barely hear the callers. There is static, sound if muffled, and I’m constantly having to ask them to repeat themselves. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I don’t see how this worked for others. I can’t even use it. I will have to return as this was expensive for a device that just doesn’t work. I was very disappointed.
