You mentioned a microSD card is included, but I couldn’t find it in the package.
The microSD card comes pre-installed inside the camera, so it’s ready to use right out of the box. You don’t need to insert it manually.

The camera doesn’t pan or tilt smoothly. What shall I do?
The camera includes an auto-calibration feature to improve pan and tilt movement.
To use it, open the app and go to: Settings → Image Settings → PTZ Calibration
This will help recalibrate the pan-tilt motor for smoother movement.
I am moving the camera to another place. How shall I do?
Please reset the camera and re-pair it after relocation. To reset, gently tilt the lens upward to locate the reset button.
Why can’t my camera connect to public Wi-Fi (like in hotels, dorms, or cafes)?

I’ve setup the camera and used for a day and I’m thoroughly impressed. Setup was incredibly easy — all it took was scanning the QR code, and the camera was ready to go within minutes.One of the best features is that it records all motion history directly to an SD card. Easy to set up and working great

Best Camera with a lot to offer
This is a great camera for the price! Much better than others. You don’t have to buy additional features like the cloud, or a SD card, or pay for the AI intelligence in order to have these great features. With this camera you get all that. You get an SD card, you get pet and human tracking, you have a privacy feature, and you get AI intelligence without paying for a subscription. Others say they don’t have a subscription but you still have to pay for cloud usage, or AI detection, or buy a SD card because other cameras don’t come with one. You get all these features that you just don’t get with others cameras, with this camera you get them all for FREE!The camera quality is great and it is a very quick and easy to set up. You also get a wall charger with this camera. Other cameras only come with the cable (USB and C port), which I hated because again I had to buy a wall charger for the cord. When I buy a camera I like to have full accessibility and not just trial options. I like to be able to use it out of the box with no surprises. This product did not disappoint! I am very happy with my purchase!

Great for the price – good for pet cam use!
This little camera is awesome! It was very easy to set up and connect to our wifi. Gives good status alerts through the app when motion is detected. Has pretty good night vision as well when its dark. We set up in our living room and have enjoyed checking in on our pet while we are away. The camera will move and has pretty good range. The speakers are good and you can talk through it as well. My only complaint is my husband and I both downloaded the app but only one of us can be signed in and get alerts at one time. Otherwise you get kicked out when the other one logs in. But guess that is to be expected with just one camera. Looks like it might be easy to set up additional ones so we are going to order another one for our upstairs.

Excellent Video, Poor Recording Reliability
The camera has excellent image quality, but the main problem is that I couldn’t find all the recordings on the SD card, even though I had checked the option. Unfortunately, I missed some very important footage: someone broke into my home and went through my belongings, and I wasn’t able to prove it. I did see the scene live, but I didn’t think to record it myself, assuming it would automatically be saved to the SD card. In short, if you get a notification from the camera, make sure to record manually—don’t rely solely on the SD card.

Good camera and easy to use
Easy to set up and move on the app. Can’t see much up and down compared to other camera set ups like it because of the housing but still works great. Great picture quality in the dark and many nice features other cameras don’t have. Like privacy – good for when you have confidential info work meetings or if you set one up in your bedroom…I got mine to set up in my office to watch my cats while I’m away. It is nice to be able to check in on them while they are being taken care of.
