Fast and stable with 3 XMP profiles built in
I got this DDR5 Ram to upgrade my second system, but decided to benchmark on my faster system to show the best results I could achieve out of the box. All benchmarks were performed on a Z790 with a 13700k. This ram is a bit tall, but I was able to sneak underneath my radiator to install. I was happy to see 3 built in XMP profiles that all worked on my system without issue. My standard BIOS settings include High Bandwidth-auto, Low Latency – enabled and running in Gear 2 instead of Auto. This Ram performed extremely well with even the XMP2 giving better than anticipated results. IMO with the 3 profiles, it gives you over clockers a great starting point to play with timings and tweak. I personally only use standard XMP profiles and a couple changes in BIOS namely turning low latency to enabled from auto and forcing Gear 2. Yes the speeds were a bit slower on my z790 with the 12600k, but I did not post those results. Its fast ram and performs greatOverall benchmarks for the 3 XMP modes with details in the picsXMP1 – 7000 32 48 48 964395 – initial 14402 – initial 24537 – 6 gig boost4497 – Gear2xmp2 – 6800 34 44 44 844455 – Initial 1 gear 24475 – Initial 2 gear 2xmp3 – 6600 34 40 40 844352 – Initial gear2On my z790 12600kXMP1 gear 2 ranged between 4120 and 4210Also, it passed the memtest86 for XMP1I like it, its fast and a great value
Nice
It is a perfect budget DDR-5 RAM, and it’s at its advertised 6000 MHz (as long as you turn on XMP/DOCP in BIOS). The shade of gray was nice and looked great in my case.
works.
Patriot Viper Venom DDR5 RAM 16GB (1X16GB) 6000MT/s CL30 UDIMM (hynix chips)mixed with my Geil Golden Empire CL38-44-44 D5-5200 1x16GB (micron chips). Motherboard: ASRock B760M-CX Rev 1.03. Not the closest mix. When Giel was in slot 2 and Patriot in 4, machine not boot. With patriot in slot 2 and Geil in 4, booted up after about 4 minutes of thinking. So, it works. In retrospect, I should have gotten something a little closer to Geil which came with the machine. All in all, satisfied that it worked. 32GB memory now.
Thanks for the best CL36 16 gb DDR5 RAM for 50 dollars
I was looking for anything around 50 bucks and had a very strict budget, so after searching on Amazon and checking the PC PartPicker I had no doubt VIPERS would be the best DDR5 Ram I could afford right now. Delivered them fast, they are new, and perfect. They are gaming RAMs, which is good and they have a XMP3 profile ready from the factory, so if your motherboard supports them, you’re going to enjoy it. Put them on my B760 TUF gaming motheboard and run smoothly. For the beginning, it started with 4800, but I’m going to install an additional M.2 ssd and then I probably would try to see if my PC can go with 5200 and check if XMP works stably. Can recommend, Patriots are good for the quality and price.
GREAT RAM, QUITE NOTICABLY FAST! Room for OC (On my bin)
FIRST off, I am a hardcore PC builder and enthusiast, and I’d had an ASUS Apex z590 that died in 2 months, so I waited til close to the end of warrantee in hopes to get a newer model for replacement.. It was a 9 week RMA after paying overnight was just nightmare, anyways so I knew finally I’d be getting the z790 apex encore and I had decent ddr5 RAM laying around but I ordered this 7200 or 7400 mt 32gb kit as it was on sale and after research they seemed to be good and cheap also!!Got the board and ram a day apart and I nailed 7667 mt/s with slightly tighter timings. Next I put in my very high binned 13900k, and curious to see if the ram or the IMC was the end, I hit 7800mt briefly but back down to 7667, still I could not belive how fast it works, even on stock xmp settings it was insanely fast!I’d recommend this to anyone trying to push their hardware with a fun ram kit!
Patriot Viper Venom DDR5 64GB (2 x 32GB) 6400MHz is exactly as advertised and at an excellent price at the time.Using 14600K, B760 and this ram plops straight in set @ XMP 1 @ 6400MT @1.4v no fuss.Surprised as the ram is not on my mobo vendors list, but it should be!I even manually oc’d and pushed the the ram to 7200 @1.4v while tightening the timings even more then the XMP 1 default, pretty stable performers in my system so far.Really didn’t trust this budget mobo I using so stopped at that.I’m happy 🙂

You have to enable Expo from BIOS.
Good. I turned on the AMD Expo and it works at 6000 MHz.The game is very accurate, flawless.

Perfomance is really good and ram is working really well. Looks are pretty fine, but there’s no RGB in it.
