Fantastic watch
I’m blown away by this smartwatch! For the price, I expected a basic fitness tracker, but this thing is a powerhouse. The 2.02” screen is crisp and easy to read, and the watch itself is lightweight and comfortable.I love that I can answer and make calls directly from the watch – it’s so convenient. The fitness features are top-notch, too, with accurate heart rate and blood pressure monitoring. The sleep tracking is also spot on, and the 100+ sport modes cover just about every activity I can think of.The battery life is impressive, and the watch is waterproof, which is perfect for my outdoor adventures. The compatibility with both Android and iPhone is a bonus, too. Overall, this smartwatch is an amazing value for the price. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and family. Five stars and highly recommended!

Great smart watch
This military smart watch has been working well for my son. He likes the look of the watch, it is comfortable to wear. He likes how this tracks his heart rate and blood pressure during workouts. Now finding out his sleep trends made a huge difference on his sleeping habits. He realized that he needs to change to get more sleep. Easy to connect to his phone.

Wanted to love this watch.. but..
Okay.. I hate doing this but.. Let me start off with the fact that I started off loving the watch. I’ve had five smart watches before this one and it’s by far been the best (well kind of). It had additional features I was looking for like playing music from the actual watch. I like all the apps on it. I love the construction of it. It definitely felt more like a tough watch that would take a beating. Really really liked all of that. Unfortunately one of the things I totally need is the alarm funtion. It started off with a couple of alarms working and then some not. Then it got to the point where none of the alarms worked. I could sometimes set an alarm if it was in a couple minutes and it would go off. Anything longer than two or three minutes away would not go off. Before you ask… yes I made sure that do not disturb was not on. I made sure that the audio was clicked on on the watch as well as on the Bluetooth area on my phone. Everything else including the AI worked as far as noise is concerned. I changed it from 12 hours to 24 hours. I set the times up on my watch and then I set the times up on the app. Deleting both and starting over again. Nothing ever seemed to work. I reset the watch several times. I worked with customer service and at first they were nice about it. But at some point I got the feeling… they didn’t believe anything I was telling them. They kept saying it should work. I said it does not. They told me to get with Amazon and return it. I got with Amazon and they told me to go to the company to get it returned. I got with the company again they told me to go to Amazon. I got really irritated at that point. I did finally get it returned and get a refund. I really really wanted to like this watch so much that I ended up buying another one. Unfortunately it literally did the exact same thing. Actually none of the alarms ever worked on it… not even if I set it a few minutes later. When talking to customer service they said they had never heard of such a thing. Asked me to send pictures videos etc. The fact that I got two different watches a month apart and had the exact same issue but worse than the other… concerns me. I’m now using another Smartwatch that I bought that doesn’t have quite as nice a feel to it and some of the features aren’t the same.. but it’s working the way I need it to. I paid a little bit more for this one… and like I said I really wish it was the other watch… but at least this one does what I need it to. I kind of wonder if maybe it has to do with an update or something like that. Either way if you don’t need alarms then go for the watch.. it’s a great watch. If you need things like the alarm though then you may have to look elsewhere.

if ya on a budget this is one id recommend alot of features its comfortable to wear all day color is great readability is great connectivity is awesome works right with the app ya have to download it but works great good and bright still reading about it and figuring it out but so far so good no complaints here.

I’m a 78 year old man and don’t I use my phone a lot but not anything like young people do. I keep things simple so I don’t need an expensive smart watch that controls my life. My hearing isn’t the best and when my phone is in my pocket I don’t hear it but I can hear this watch so I don’t miss calls anymore. My doctor wants me to monitor my blood pressure and this watch does that and more. This watch does everything I need and for $30 you can’t beat it. It’s waterproof not just water resistant so I don’t have to worry about getting it wet, you can even swim with it. The blood pressure reading is about 5 off when I compared it to my real tester but as long as I know that, it’s fine. This is a little heavy and thick but they build them strong. It’s also aluminum not one of those companies that say metal alloy, what ever that is. For $30 now a days this is great. I saw this same model on the internet for $140 !

Nice watch, reasonable price
So, I was really on the fence about smart watches, and couldnt justify trying one out at the cost that the big names are asking. I was told about this watch by a coworker who had purchased it and I decided to give it a try. It does not have ALL the functionality as the ones that require a monthly contract, but I must say it is a very nice watch non the less. Would work perfectly for someone who is active and wants to keep track of their fitness.

Hello,I recently bought C28 smart watch from your amazon.sg through 3rd party Wei Peng Singapore on 25/8/25 and delivered on 4/9/25.Now the watch is defective,unable to power on after numerous charging,cleaning of the magnetic charger,so had reported to your 3rd party on 12/10/25,still unable to resolved.Pls help me to resolve,it soonest as I am very disappointed with this situation.thanks.
