The smart door lock was installed today. It was quite simple and could be completed in about 15 minutes. The door lock consists of fingerprint recognition, password, two induction cards and two spare keys. Four AA batteries are needed for the indoor door lock. The fun part is that you can open the door intelligently after connecting to the app at home. It’s quite interesting. The quality is good and the appearance is quite elegant. Great lock
I bought this lock to replace another keyless entry that stopped working after 2 years. I should have just bought this one to begin with. Installation and set up with the app was so easy. I like that the manual key entry isn’t behind a hidden door that you need a screwdriver to pop off. So far the code entry and fingerprint has been working great. The price for this one was similar to my previous one but I would recommend this product over the other one. I only gave it 4 stars since I am commenting on the installation and functionality but have not been able to comment on durability since it has only been installed for one week.

I have been using this fingerprint lock for a bit now and it has worked well. Installation was simple and setup was quick. The main thing I care about is reliability and the fingerprint reader has been accurate so far. Upon buying this, it works fine other then The finger print part barely working. The set up is a little confusing, and you cant use the app outside of your home unless you buy the gateway thing that allows you to use it outside of your own home to unlock it for someone while your at work or away from home. That was a bummer finding that out because they don’t really mention that upon buying, so if thats what your interested in then you will have to buy the gateway thing which will cost you another 40$ or so.

Solid construction. There are 4 ways I can unlock the door, with my fingerprint, code, key, or fob. It was easy to install and is pretty easy to use. On the negative side, it’s a little tricky to lock. You have to keep pushing and holding the button until you hear it say “locked,” which can take several time. Also, I would prefer if the metal plate that attaches to the door with the actual locking mechanism were a separate piece. My door just has a round hole, no place to screw a metal plate, so I’m going to need to chisel a rectangular indent. However, it’s still excellent. I have programmed in all my kids and grandkids fingerprints, so they can always get in, and I don’t have to worry about hiding a key or them losing their key.
