I purchased this headset for my work from home job and it paired to the laptop quickly and effortlessly with the dungle. Works with our Cisco system for answering phone calls. There is no lag or delay in the conversation during use and can also hear the beginning whisper of the call before a customer comes on the line. I love the flip up to mute mic so that I know when it’s up my customers can’t hear me if I have to do a quick sneeze or cough. It’s very light weight doesn’t feel heavy on your head, wear for 8 hours a day with no problems. The volume control on the right ear piece is easily accessible and can hear my calls perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone working from home that wants a great headset for an affordable price. Will definitely be purchasing this headset again if the one I purchased ever stops working.

Great Quality; Good Value
This HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 brings decent quality, given the price point. As a wireless headset for gaming, it includes a microphone and is compatible with Discord. When you move the microphone down, a noise is played through the headset that makes you aware that you are unmuting the microphone. When you move it back up, a noise is played again to let you know that you’ve muted your microphone. It is adjustable with numbers attached to the top portion of the headset on both sides which is pretty helpful so you know where to set your headset without having to resize it every time. The padding on the headset is great quality and makes it feel like a professional headset. I have used this headset for almost 18 hours without charging it before it shuts off by itself. One tip when using this headset – make sure you plug the usb stick into your motherboard directly. Otherwise, you may encounter some issues when it comes to the microphone. I recommend charging it before your first use as well as any time it is not in-use in order to preserve the battery life. At times, depending on the game you are playing, you may have issues with the microphone but I’ve been able to solve this by exiting out of the game, going into sound and device settings. You want to set the headset as the default output and input for the microphone. When you go back into your game, make sure the output/inputs are selected correctly and you won’t have further issues after you follow these steps. It comes with a charger usb-c type but it is sort of short. I recommend charging the headset at it’s own designation spot because the cable really isn’t that long. It’s range on the wireless connectivity is decent. I have left my room and went to another level and was still able to talk to other people on Discord and hear them as well. Over, it has a great gaming ability and it’s functionality is pretty decent for avid gamers who are looking for decent wireless headset with a microphone for a valuable product and fair price point.

Best Quality and Versatile Headset for the Price
If you’re looking for an affordable great quality gaming headset, the HyperX Stinger II should definitely be a headset on your radar. They really do have a very long battery life, as I played COD for 11hrs one night, and the headset had plenty of life left. They are fairly comfortable as well. I’ve had a few different headsets in the past, and this one definitely is able to adjust well to any head shape including my wife who has a very small head and struggles to find some that aren’t too big. I really enjoy the raise-mic to mute feature because I can easily mute myself if needed. They are also light weight and wireless, which makes them that much more desirable for the price.

Excellent quality for price
Comfort and quality are excellent. Noise cancellation is good, the mic is clear and very sensitive. As far as a gaming headset goes, they are a great choice especially at this price. My only complaint that keeps them from 5 stars is that they have no way to know how much charge they have, or the connection status. They don’t have the “synthesized voice” that many headsets have to tell you when they connect or what charge they have. There are no indicator lights beyond a single green LED. The “beep tones” are very basic (power on, mic mute, etc) old-school “beep beep” type tones. I expect more from a modern device, and other competitors at the same price point have better indicators. Aside from that, very good headset for the price! Definitely recommended.

The best brand for USB wireless headset
This is my 2nd purchase, I have had the 1 for over 5yrs, and still rocking with no issues. The 2 is the same high quality, but a little lighter, I hope these last just as long as the previous, they really get used 40hr per week for work…

It’s great but….
First of all, I love HyperX. The sets are comfortable (which is so important when you’re on the phone for 12 + hours at a time as a Triage Nurse), sound quality great, plug & play spot on, and it’s the only brand I trust after trying multiple brands. I thought the 80 hours listed talk time… great! We get a LOT of calls. BUT. The doggone set shuts itself off constantly. I just cannot have that with my job; lives are literally on the line. I can see trying to save power, but I have to shut my set off and back on after every call to keep it on in case there are a few minutes between calls. I’m still sold on HyperX and will just buy a different style. I’ll keep these as a desperate back up in case my sets get run over by a car or something.

I bought this headset after using a total of 3 personal gaming and headsets and countless different headsets from where, this headset is so far one of the best ive ever tried, very comfortable and the sound is just MWAH. Also a bonus is that if you put it at max volume it basically becomes a speaker, the sound levels on this headset are amazing, not too loud and not too high, you can find the perfect volume for you and also, this headset has really clear sound and even if you put it at the lowest setting you can still hear very well. Only “negative” things i can say about this headset is that it doesnt really have much grip on your head, like if you look down it will start sliding off your head, and another point is that it only has 2.4ghz usb and no bluetooth or anything which was a bummer when i found out but thats ok i think you can use an adapter if you want to use it on your phone. Other than that i really cant say anything abt it .Rating : 9/10 would give it 10/10 if it had more grip and bluetooth. 👍🏼

it’s very decent for the price. i do lots of tech stuff and gaming daily, and so my headphones are going to be pretty much glued to my head for several hours at a time. it ive been using them now for about a month, and i havent had a single headache or scalp soreness from the band. the sound quality is very good and has good bass as well. i mean youre not gonna have your eardrums thumping with the beat but it’s gonna still sound good. the range is also surprising. i can go across the house with these on while listening to music. the only issue i have is that the charging cable is super short (about 5 inches long). but i can just leave them charging for a bit while doing other things around the house so that doesnt matter much to me. overall for the price, if you want a decent set that has good sound quality, good connection range, good comfort, and has an ok mic, this is a good set to start off with!
