Easy peasy and very good prints.
It’s a plug and play. It came with HP inks that provided clear, crisp and accurate colors. It was relatively inexpensive and I only needed a longer data cord to my very old computer tower of the same brand. No need to set up printing; print black or color with just a push of the corresponding button. A three-year-old could use it.

Incredible value for the money.
HP recommends using your mobile phone to setup the printer via an app. I found the process quick and simple, especially considering how much setup there is (phone app, WIFI, loading paper, inserting cartridges, printing test page, scanning test page for alignment, etc.)I was pleasantly surprised by how well the document feeder for scanning worked. I scanned a seven page document that I had been handling off and on since it was printed last week. Each page feed smoothly and accurately with no jams.

Affordable printer, great price
Nice all in one with wireless makes my printing so easy. I really like this one. I’ll tell you more when I have to buy ink.

Good purchase for an all in one printer
Very easy to hookup. I already had the icon on my computer for scanning, printing and copying and it worked perfectly. It is quiet when it is printing. So far it seems to be a good value for the money. The color is bright and you only need 2 ink cartridges as opposed to 4. I would definitely recommend this printer.

Difficult, problematic, and poor support
Oh man what enormous pain. I got a test print out of it, then started getting “ink cartridge or account issue” error. The printer has very few functional buttons … it’s largely controlled by the mobile app. Troubleshooting is done by a virtual assistant that is extremely limited in scope. It constantly bounces me back and forth between the app and the browser on my phone, circles me back to logging in after I log in, or prevents me from submitting a form. After I exhausted the virtual assistant and any troubleshooting I could try on my own, I tried both calling options for customer support. One created a form that was frozen. Multiple refreshes did the same thing. The other allowed me to input my information but the ‘Submit’ button had no functionality. The system HP has created is so overly complicated – which would be ok if it was functional but it has multiple dead ends. I wanted to print one page and just wanted something that would work. Instead, I’ve sunk hours into troubleshooting… I’m going to look for a different company that has a different system and encourage everyone I know to avoid this system in the future.

Nice printer
Nice and compact and works great. Easy to install. Just follow directions from the app. I love how the app on your phone lets you see your ink cartridges and the level they are at.

False info about instant ink. I hate this printer.
Works great but NOT AVAILABLE FOR INSTANT INK PROGRAM. Cannot change the size of copy. As a crafter being able to resize a copy is necessary. I hate this printer. If you only need to print without much control over editing it might be ok. It did print on cardstock. It was easy to set up.

Excellent printer
Just had my new printer delivered today. So far I love it! It was very easy to setup. I love the HP app and the idea of the auto ink program. The printer is fast and print is excellent quality. Hopefully I continue to feel the same as time goes on.

Great printer. Easy to set up and operate. I replaced an older, larger HP that died over the course if a week, seamlessly and without many problems (aside from the ‘human verification’ puzzle which only gets progressively harder with each failed attempt). I even transferred the HP Instant Ink subscription to this printer without much hassle.

An absolute piece of junk. It will be returned. It won’t print – times out – constant errors. The paper feed won’t recognize there’s paper in it . Then it will print info pages of what’s wrongFor the size of this beast it should have enough technology to print a piece of paper

the quality of the printer seems ok. Set up was easy enough. However setting up the instant ink was cumbersome and I had to call HP to get my 3 month free trial.
