Missing cable substitution accomplished: Great customer support when notified
Since it didn’t include the USA power cord, we had to find one, which took some time. Once we got it running, it Looks to be an excellently fast computer in every sense of the word. Boot time is as expected, with the look one expects from an all in one. The speed, functionality and value is what one expects when buying this type of equipment, and I can’t imagine it could be any better. UPDATE: I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided when the problem was reported. They were extremely helpful, and all is running well. I upgraded the Stars to 5 !

A great desk top computer
Awesome Desktop! I love how quick it is!! My old computer was like molasses. I didn’t like the mouse and keyboard that came with it so I am using my old Logitech ones. They work well with the desktop.It looks great! I love the white it is clean! There was a strange thing that I couldn’t x out of something with the mouse but then just used the touch screen and voila! it worked!!I love having no cords that I would have to figure out how to connect to a tower!! All around a great desktop computer!

All in One with thin profile
I love this all in one desktop computer. The screen goes from edge to edge. It has a wonderful thin design The graphics are beautiful. It is fast with very good sound. The camera is out of sight but very easy to pull up when needed. I can be sure no one is watching me ever. It boots right away. It was easy to set up. The only thing I didn’t like was the keyboard and the mouse. they felt a little awkward. I ended up buying a new one, but that’s OK. I think I got a great bargin for the price.

Top Quality AOI Computer
Bang for the buck, you will not find a better buy!!! This is an amazing machine! I never realized how much noise the old style HD made until I started to use this machine. Truly a great machine and a very reasonable price.

Decent for the average computer user
Decent computer for basic use. It seems to take quite some time to boot up, or to wake up from it’s sleep mode. Graphics quality is standard. Processing time is good for the programs I’m using. Touch screen (which I had prior to this) is standard. There aren’t enough ports to handle all my needs, and I don’t like the wired keyboard and mouse, so I switched them to wireless, using one of the few available ports. With my external harddrive, wanting to plug anything else in, I have to sacrifice the external harddrive. Setup was very simple.

Very disappointed in the product and the seller.
The computer work fine out of the box, which was previously open and looked used. When I was loading the software, Word, PDF, etc. the computer Blue screened, It would not got back to the original restore point. Since there is no USB software to reinstall, it is not possible to start fresh. I’m glad it happened while I could still return it. The seller has had the return for a week, and there is still no refund. I would not buy this again. Very, Very disappointed in the product and the seller.
