Nice machine. Loads quickly. Meets out needs. Good price. Why they couldn’t put a led on the Num Lock key is beyond understanding. It’s got a separate keypad, but you cannot tell which mode it’s in.

I had asked up front before the purchase if this laptop was capable of support 2x32in ASUS Monitors and your tech team told me to to purchase a doc so i did and it did not work. Then your tech team told me to purchase a different doc and it did not work because an intern took my ticket and gave me the wrong information about the 2nd doc to purchase. SO I have been without my dual monitors for almost a month. Also why is there dual storage on the device but it is not recognized as usable. You just were not very clear on the question and equipment that was needed prior to my purchase which is very upsetting.

USB C does not support displays – dispite what RUFUS says
Rufus, Amazon ai bot, told me it would allow me to add multiple displays with via the USB C drive and a docking station. This is not true! The USB C will NOT support a screen, not by plugging the screen directly to the C not by using a docking station. I hope corporate reads this and offers me a workable solution. I can only add one screen by using the HDMI port. I already returned the first laptop for this reason, so I asked Rufus before buying a replacement. Really disappointed, but don’t want the hassle of returning another laptop. Please find me a docking station or something that will support a solution
