Q1: Is Windows 11 Pro already installed?

Yes, the H4-T Mini PC comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. There is no need for an additional activation key. You are free to use another operating system, such as Win10, Win11, Linux, Ubuntu, or Debian.

Q2: How to set auto power on?

The automatic power-on function is enabled by default. If this function is not needed, 1. Open the bottom cover when the power is off; 2. Find the JPWR1 pin header on the motherboard and move the jumper on the pin header to pin1 and pin2.

Q3: Does the mini computer make noise during work?

Fanless design, noise-free, 29mm ultra-thin brushed aluminum shell, the cooling effect is very good, the temperature control at 40-50 degrees, This mini computer is also very energy efficient, with power consumption as low as 15W.

Q4: The computer blue screen?

We recommend that you try booting the computer several times. If the problem persists, reinstall the system. If the blue screen persists after reinstalling the system, consider the memory, hard disk, or CPU as the problem.
