Essential Support Item For Today’s Mammoth Sized GPUs
A simplistic aluminum constructed GPU brace as a solution for graphics card sag which seems to be a common occurrence now that most recent generations of GPUs are hefty in size & weight. Not only will it help reduce the risk of PCI-E port damage, but will also diminish the risk of PCB crackage at the base of the GPU due to the stress induced by its unsupported weight. The product consists of 4 parts: the magnetic base support, a 7.5″ pole guide which screws into the base, the rubber wrapped adjustable GPU support bracket which attaches to the pole guide, and a bubble leveler to help with the installation process to ensure the support bracket is braced at just the right level. The base also includes a rubber finished bottom for additional stability. It essentially functions the same as any other higher priced unit, but at a fraction of the overall cost. Looks great, and its very easy to install, and certainly a great fit in my 5700xt powered gaming rig.

Tengo una computadora que recientemente tuve que cambiar mi tarjeta gráfica, una Radeon RX580 ya que simplemente dejó de funcionar y conseguí una nueva tarjeta gráfica, una RX6950 y ésta tarjeta es mucho más grande y me percaté que tendía a “doblarse” o a inclinarse y necesitaba de un soporte.Y encontré éste soporte conocido como “GPU Support Bracket” y me gustó mucho porque fue fácil de instalar. La puse sobre los ventiladores inferiores para poder levantar la tarjeta de donde tendía a inclinarse.Este soporte está hecho de aluminio hecho de muy buena calidad en todas sus partes con un acabado en negro.Incluye un pequeño nivel de burbuja para ayudar a nivelar correctamente la tarjeta.Me gustó que trae una almohadilla debajo de su base para evitar que se resbale y no se mueva, además de tener un pequeños imán, aunque en mi caso, no fue necesario ya que estaba colocado sobre los ventiladores que son de plástico.El poste que trae tiene una longitud de 7.5 pulgadas, suficientes para tener una gran extensión y cubrir una buena altura dentro del CPU.El precio de éste soporte es justo.Recomiendo éste soporte, estoy satisfecho con su función, ha trabajado muy bien y no tengo queja alguna.
