Update on IT13 13900H not (HK) i9 I also have the Geekom GT1 and so far no problems with it.After almost 1 1/4 year running the computer 24/7 and turning it on as usual, the computer was dead.Not even a light in the power button.Contacting Geekom over email, I only can say the service was excellent.All conversations took place over email and since Taiwan is 12 hour apart from us it took always a day for the response. Meaning, I sent them email usually in the evening and the next day I had a response without fail.They came back with instructions how to make a couple checks on the computer to make sure it was not working anymore and then how to sent them the broken one back to the warehouse they maintain her in the USA, not Taiwan.They where sending the replacement to me even before they had the broken one back.Unfortunately the replacement one was also dead within 4 days. Now I was a bit concerned about another replacement of a 13900 but, they came back and told me they would replace it with the 13900 HK.Since they had already the new IT15 i9 out with a different Intel chip I was more inclined to get me one of this.They agreed and I paid the price difference and ordered the IT15 i9.It came from Taiwan and took 4 days, weekend was in between.I can’t say anything about phone service since I did it all over email and a bit more patience is needed over email but personally I think it was worth it and I hope the IT15 is as good as the customer service.As far as noise, setting the BIOS to “Quiet Mode” the computer is quiet even at night.With that in mind, I do recommend a Geekom Intel mini computer.
Amazing performance at an amazing price!
This is an amazing mini PC! I bought one to replace an old Win10 laptop I used in my shop. I used it mainly for emails and internet searches. This new PC was so fast that I bought a second one to replace our main house Win10 PC that was getting slow.For my needs, this mini PC is perfect. I mostly use it for running Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Word, Outlook), internet searches and attending webinars. This PC handles all of that with no slowness. It boots up fully in less than one minute (compared with 5-10 minutes for my old Win10 devices) and response times for everything is instantaneous. For a $200.00 device, I am truly amazed. While it will support multiple monitors, right now I only have one monitor in use on each. The monitor on my main computer has the place to attach the PC to its back, but I don’t think I will ever use it as I have easier access to it laying on my desktop. It has sufficient ports for all I currently have connected, with some still available for future use. I doubt I will ever go back to a desktop computer again.
Excellent customer service
I bought this in February 2025 from Amazon, and really enjoyed it…at first. It has a great selection of ports, everything worked out of the box, and its operation was silky smooth. In the intervening months, however, the video output has proved flaky. For a while, one HDMI port seemed dead, then it came back to life. And now the video intermittently and annoyingly blanks for a few seconds at random intervals using either port. I’ve submitted a query to Geekom, but have received no response even though the promised 48 hour response time has elapsed.[UPDATE] It turns out there was a holiday, which slowed their response. The most important update is that their recommendation to force install the Intel video driver, available from the Geekom website (overwriting the Windows 11 driver), appears to have solved the problem.[UPDATE 2] Well, it didn’t solve the problem. But I now believe the problem is not with the computer itself, but with the Yamaha RX-A2A receiver I routed the HDMI through. After updating the receiver’s firmware, the problem seems to have vanished. In any event, I’ve been really pleased with Geekom’s customer service. They have helped me troubleshoot the problem, pointed me to drivers and tutorials, and followed up with queries. I really appreciate their efforts.
Great little powerhouse Mini PC after configuring
This is a great little PC in a small package, but takes a bit of tweaking to get it running properly.PROs:Great small form factor PC, nice build quality and small footprint. Once configured correctly, it runs like a dream with my 3 screens – 2 x 32″ Samsungs and 1 x 24″ LG in portrait mode. I have not used it for gaming, but for streaming and dev work it runs amazingly well – no lag or difference from my old i7-13900k gaming machine. The file transfer speeds are insanely fast, and I have several USB hubs with many peripherals running without any issues. All in all, it’s mindblowing how much computing power is in such a small box.CONs:There is a decent amount of configuration required to get it running seamlessly.First of all, the included HDMI cable would not connect to some of my displays, and the HDMI ports are fickle depending on the cables you are using. I ended up buying JSAUX and oldboytech cables from Amazon and I can confirm that both of those brands work, but several others I tried did not.Secondly, the default fan noise is really loud, even when it isn’t under load. I had to go to the Geekom website and download a BIOS unlocker so that I could enter the BIOS and turn the thermal profile to quiet.Lastly, the out-of-the-box drivers are out of date and need updating in order to get things working properly. I use three screens and could not get them all to connect at the right resolution until I downloaded the latest Intel Arc drivers from Intel. Similarly with the wireless and bluetooth, they were finicky until I downloaded and installed the latest drivers.Conclusion:Don’t get me wrong, this is a great little box, but it is not plug-and-play if you have specific setup requirements. That said, I would happily buy it again knowing what I know now, but it is the reason why it doesn’t get a 5 star from me. I spent a good few hours of trial and error to get it running how I like it, but now I am very happy with it.
This is an amazing little PC. It’s so fast and Windows 11 launches straight away so you’re ready to use it pretty much out of the box. I’ve VESA mounted mine to the back of my monitor and I’m so chuffed to have such an uncluttered desk.The specs on this PC are amazing for the price and I like the fact that it can be upgraded if needed too. My son is a computer whizz and so I’ve got to know a bit about specs and he was very impressed with my choice.I am not a gamer so I don’t know how it would cope with that but for my purposes – work, videos and generally lots of stuff open at the same time (!), it’s perfect.Just to say, it was a bit noisy when I first set it up but after a couple of days, it seems to have settled down and is pretty quiet. The fan does kick in when it’s working hard but that doesn’t bother me.Mini PCs are amazing and this one, especially so!
Se calienta mucho y eso que solo la utilizo para programar, solo tengo un proyecto de Astro en vscode, el navegador dónde corre mi front, Spotify y es suficiente para que se caliente en exceso la computadora va de 86 hasta 96 C° solo por mantener estás ventanas abiertas y en el consumo de la CPU, RAM, GPU ni siquiera están a tope, parecía buena pero creo que la devolveré porque tiene 2 semanas que la adquirí y ya tiene problemas térmicos muy preocupantes
Great little mini PC for everyday tasks such as web browsing and word processing etc applications open up really fast and this pc runs smoothly thanks to the SSD which can be upgraded to a bigger size comes with all the cables you’ll need just need to add a monitor I have been using mine as a media server connected to my tv and it has been running flawlessly super silent operation and doesn’t get hot or throttle when using multiple applications at the same time a great budget pc in a small form factor for those who don’t need alot of processing power.

Ich nutze PCs zu Hause, auf der Arbeit, habe ein Smartphone, Tablet und komme mit allem super zurecht, kann Probleme erkennen und lösen, weiß mit zu Helfen und helfe gerne auch mal Familie und Freunden, soweit ich es eben weiß.Wie etwas funktioniert ist mir grds. egal so lange es funktioniert, kenne mich wenig mit Dingen wie RAM etc aus, daher kann ich das Produkt aus normaler Anwendersicht hier einmal bewerten.Gut und ansprechend verpackt, kommt der Mini PC i7 zu mir.Strom angeschlossen und Bildschirm und es kann losgehen.Eingerichtet ist er, dass kenne ich von meinem Laptop (ist aber auch schon gute 9 Jahre her) sehr flott.Windows 11 Pro ist bereits installiert und daher ist Windows sehr schnell eingerichtet. Automatisch wurden dann noch Systemupdates geladen, dass hat auch nicht allzu lange gedauert.Ich nutze den PC überwiegend privat, aber auch mal im Homeoffice und da läuft bisher alles rund. Auch die Homeoffice-Oberfläche, mal Skypen läuft problemlos und ruckelfrei.Ich mache am PC gerne Fotobüchet und hier bin ich mit der Geschwindigkeit super zufrieden.Youtube oder auch mal ein Video zu streamen klappt super.Er ist halt total kompakt und mal schnell mit hin genommen.Ich, für meine Verhältnisse, bin super zufrieden und total begeistert.Für den privaten und auch teils beruflichen Gebrauch absolut zu empfehlen.Daher kann ich hier gut und gerne 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ geben.
