Epson F170 Sublimation printer
Great printer! Loving all my sublimation prints. Delivered before expected, and easy to install. It took me a little while to figure out how to print, but then I went to Google doc and I couldn’t resize my design and print perfectly.
The printer does a great job!
Printing has been successful! I wish that the directions had been easier to follow. The print size needs to enlarge for all directions need to exist at a readable font size.
Defective out of the box & unhelpful customer service
I purchased this sublimation printer & from the very first use it printed with black streaks. I ran troubleshooting steps & tried again – same result. Contacted the seller, who suggested a printhead cleaning. Keep in mind, I had only printed 4 pages since opening the box.When I questioned why a brand new printer would need this, the seller implied they couldn’t know how much I’d actually used it & refused a return unless Epson confirmed it was defective. Instead of standing behind the product, they pushed the problem back to me.A brand new printer should work out of the box, not require repairs on day one. Between the defective print quality & the dismissive service, this has been a frustrating & expensive mistake.

I order this printer. Fast delivery but when trying to use i wasnt able to print correctly because keeps showing a message of maintenance box ending life. Asking to replace it. How is possible to happen in a new printer. I contact the seller after a solution i will update my review.The seller was very helpful and sent me another piece and is working perfectly. I would recommend it!
Great beginner friendly sublimation printer
I have had this for a few months now and I will say still getting the hang of sublimation but it was easy to set up. I wish it was compatible with a tablet. I had to use my daughters laptop instead but it was worth every penny. Great entry level sublimation printer!
