How efficient are solar panels at charging?
The solar camera can operate continuously for a whole day if it is charged for more than 30 minutes a day in direct sunlight. However, this depends on the intensity of the sunlight. Please install the camera in a location with sufficient sunlight.

Overall a quality product that I would definitely recommend.
Nice quality product. We bought their video doorbell which is also very nice so why not get 2 cameras to cover the back of the house and in front of the garage.Was easy to setup and paired easily with our current internet. Added to the Botslab app and was ready to go.Video quality and features are very nice and like that you can add a hard drive or ssd for added storage. Also like that you can have the solar charging panel connected into one unit or separate like I did because of mounting space. You can even adjust the solar panel with the help from your cell phone. The AI works good detecting people and the camera can be set to follow people… very nice!Overall a quality product that I would definitely recommend.

This is freaking awesome, definitely the best camera system I’ve ever gotten my hands on because the video quality is top-notch. The AI is insanely smart and figures out who’s in view, jotting down a description for you. Plus, it’s a breeze to set up; just screw in the supports, mount the camera, and bam, you’re good to go. No annoying wires to clutter up your house because it runs on solar power, which is awesome since it doesn’t mess with the quality at all. If you’re shopping for a camera, I totally recommend this one. Overall, this is hands down one of the top CCTVs out there, with flashlights you can switch on, alarms, and, get this, even a voice changer for the audio. It can pick up voices from really far away. Terrific camera.

Dont be fooled by the videos you watch. The AI is good, clear but if your WiFi is just a little weak they don’t work. I have a block home and the furtherest camera is only 50′ and they have issues with Live view and capturing motion.

Clear and upto the mark
I recently installed these outdoor security cameras around my home, and I’m extremely satisfied with their performance. The setup process was quick and straightforward — the mobile app guided me through each step, and I had everything running in under 20 minutes.The video quality is excellent, even at night. The infrared night vision captures clear footage with good detail and wide coverage. I especially like the motion detection alerts, which instantly notify me on my phone when there’s movement near my driveway or backyard.Only one thing could have been more better, lots of screws to drill for mounting

I installed the cameras myself and the setup was surprisingly quick and easy. The picture quality is good and have very good signal strength. The solar panels amazingly charge very good. Love that you can zoom and rotate cameras.

Needs some improvements
Husband Here… Bought these for around the property. Pro: Cameras are great, clear picture, good AI for the cameras. Loved that it picks up colors and posts in the event logs. Cons: WIFI connectivity and Battery Life/Solar Panel. NOTE: I have the Top-of-the-line “Large house” WIFI router because I work in IT, so mobility and flexibility are important to me. I first started siting these Solar WIFI cameras using my cell phone on 2.4Ghz band, downloading pages, checking latency, and also used WIFI calling to determine where my WIFI signal dropped off around the house and where is was strong. The WIFI connectivity on these cameras were 1/2 the distance that I could get on my Cell or about ~50ft from my WIFI router. I was able to get one to 75ft but that was when I could visibly see my router. However at 75ft the update took forever because of connectivity errors and that process disables the camera during the update. Also, when checking on an event at night the cameras would error out because of connectivity issues. An external antenna(s) could help with connectivity issues. Secondly, the Solar Panel is about 6″ X 6″, which when charging needs about 8 hours of *direct* sunlight to compensate for the battery drain (I installed the solar panels facing south to get maximum sunlight). Even when I placed it into “battery saver mode” with 1-2 events a night the camera used 4-5% of battery life overnight. The solar panel had a hard time keeping up day after day, especially with T-Storms every afternoon. Also, for transparency sake, we do have pine trees and when the wind kicks up the trees sway interfering with the direct sunlight to the solar panel and so they just had a hard time charging the cameras. Changing them on a USB C cable takes about 8 hour to fully charge. Definitely not a quick charge. In Summary, I will probably return these as they’re not meeting my needs but I feel that these camera units are good but could be better. Hope this helps someone.

L’intelligence artificielle est un vrai plus : elle envoie des notifications précises sur ce qui se passe devant la caméra, sans avoir à consulter les vidéos. Il y a même la reconnaissance faciale!La fonction de discussion vocale entre l’utilisateur et la caméra est très claire, et fonctionne à distance, peu importe où l’on se trouve.Je n’ai pas encore testé la recharge solaire, mais les batteries semblent durer très longtemps. Ich hab bekommen, was ich wollte, und bin mehr als zufrieden. Einfach zu konfigurieren, eine Bedienung, tolle Qualität.Ich habe zwei Systeme (jeweils 2Kameras mit 1Homebase) auf zwei Grundstücken im Einsatz.Beide Systeme laufen einwandfrei; die Entfernung zwischen Homebase und Kamera beträgt in einem Fall ca. 20 Meter – es gibt keinerlei Verbindungsprobleme.Tiere werden ebenso erkannt wie Menschen, ohne das die Homebase irgendwelche Geräusche macht.Von mir: beide Daumen nach oben!👍👍

Pour le moment, entièrement satisfait. Produit facile à installer et à configurer. Tout est bien expliqué via le QR code. Cependant j’avais déjà installé une caméra/sonnette de cette marque donc l’application était déjà configurée. Seul regret que les caméras ne fassent pas de balayages à 360⁰ automatiquement selon un schéma prédéfini à l’avance. Les images sont nettes, la réactivité de la rotation de la caméra est un peu lente et simplement par le biais d’un “joystick virtuel sur ou sous l’écran, on ne peut pas piloter la rotation avec le doigt directement sur l’image, c’est un peu dommage, le fait de pouvoir enregistrer des positions de la caméra en favoris est un plus aussi. À voir dans le temps si les panneaux solaires chargent bien les caméras et si la qualité est au rendez-vous au fur et à mesure des années passées.Photos des caméras installées et d’une capture d’écran en direct ce jour.

I installed one camera by my garage and the other in the backyard, and both work perfectly. The signal coverage is strong with no drops, and the solar panels charge surprisingly fast even in Toronto weather. The video quality is really clear, especially at night, and I love how it automatically catches little moments—like my cat running around and playing in the yard. Setup was simple, and I like that there are no monthly fees to worry about. After a few weeks of use, I can say these cameras feel reliable and well worth the price.
