VV Smart lock
I love this lock it is so easy to install and works like a charm, easy instructions on setting up fingerprints codes and the ID cards, I especially like how you can allow people access for a certain amount of time and know exactly who is entering and when as it is all catalogued in the app, I would definitely recommend this product.

LOVE this lock, so easy to install and learn to use. Lots of options for unlocking/opening and seamless to use. It is also stunning and adds great character to our door.
Not child proof but good lock
We like the lock much better now that it is on. Package came open . Few things . Product is More plastic than I would like. I wish there was a way to add child proof. My 2 year old knows how to unlock and open the door . I’m terrified of this. So may install another deadbolt or just get a different brand all together eventually. The app is pretty good was able to add family members with a breeze. Just creeps me out that only 300 sum ppl have this door lock. Maybe im tripping …..Outside looks so nice. Sturdy when put on correctly. We will need to paint the door since we had a longer lock on before. Overall okay! Made in China like everything else.

Hey you guys this product has been the story of my life I had my house broken into a guy was insde my home for like 6 hours while I was at work don’t know how he got in we believe he had a key or got one made still a mystery but with me purchasing this product made made it so easy I love the fact that it has different ways to let u in love the alarm sound if someone try to enter that’s does not have access to ur lock system that u could see who comes and goes using this lock system help me to be keys free my daughter loves it the guy that came into my home came back in and was trying to get in my home again he was shown on my ring camera but wasn’t able to get in he is in jail all because of this lock system and my ring cam THANK U BEBASIA I really love this product will be ordering another one for my back door thank u guys so much wish I had the whole setup

I bought the black smart lock for its slick design. I’ve only had it for a few days but so far I like the practicality of it. At first I struggled with opening the lock with the fob from the outside but it was because I had set it in “Privacy Mode”. Hahaha Meaning you can only open it with the admin app, which is PERFECT. An additional security feature. Very easy to use. I only had to widen the lock bolt a little so functionality is great. The app lets you see battery life so that’s a plus. Build quality is sturdy , slick, and I like the overall esthetic.

I’ve had a lot of problems with it. It won’t lock automatically, I have to manually lock it on the app when I leave. Then it stopped doing that and wouldn’t unlock for anyone and I had to try to contact support and didn’t have luck because the hours are odd and I am at work when I have to reach out and couldn’t do it when I was away from the lock. Then it just wouldn’t lock at all, still won’t. It have to do it manually. Lastly the back lock turn has came off and I have no clue why. (Refer to photo please) . I just wanted a lock that would lock and work. I liked the look and really wanted it to be this one.
