Best value for a fine new iPhone Pro Max!
My friends were surprised that my new iPhone was so nice-I bought a gently used 15 Pro Max because I want to photograph my paintings. I haven’t had a moment of regret, this is exactly what I needed. It charges quickly, has a great battery life, the screen and case are scratch resistant and perfect. It was unlocked, and value for money is undeniable.

If you’re skeptical, definitely don’t be
The phone is literally amazing!! There are slight scratches around the titanium part of the phone but it’s barely noticeable. There’s also a scratch on the apple logo in the back but it’s nothing crazy or noticeable. There’s also phone runs smoothly and it’s pretty fast considering I upgraded from an iPhone 11. The battery life is decent as well although it came at 85% capacity. Setting up the phone was simple, but transferring my esim was a bit frustrating but it got done! The phone charges extremely fast and can definitely hold a charge. Would definitely recommend to someone else if they want a refurbished phone for a decent price!!

‘Non-Original Screen, Faulty iPhone, and a Customer Service Disaster’
I purchased a “Renewed Premium” iPhone 15 Pro Max through Amazon for my brother in law, expecting a product thatmeets high functional standards and uses only Apple-certified components at least working ones. What I received was adevice with a non-original, low-quality screen, which led to immediate and unacceptable problems:- Increased battery drain- Blueish screen tint- Lower display resolution and quality- Auto-brightness not functioning- True Tone completely disabled- Touch response degraded – often inaccurate or unresponsive- Verified as a non-original screen by an Apple-certified labThis violates Amazon’s own “Renewed Premium” guarantee. There is no excuse for this.My brother in law then endured over 4 hours of live chat with at least 15 different Amazon support agents. Theexperience was chaotic, repetitive, and unhelpful. I was transferred from person to person, forced tore-explain the issue endlessly, and repeatedly met with evasive responses, deflection, and evengaslighting. Despite finally being told I’d get a proper follow-up by email, the communication sincehas been vague, delayed, and now completely silent. To make the phone usable, he had no choice but to pay for a full screen replacement out of his own pocket -something Amazon has, to this day, refused to take any responsibility for whatsoever. This isn’t just a bad refurbished product – it’s a complete failure of Amazon’s accountability. If this ishow they handle a clear breach of their own policies, I strongly warn others to think twice beforetrusting Amazon’s Renewed Premium program.

great purshase.
The iPhone arrived safely. I’m surprised by the condition I received it in. It’s practically brand new. Everything works as it should. I loved the purchase. As an extra note, when you go to buy it, make sure it says sold and shipped by Amazon 🙂

Great Value for an Older Device
The phone it self looked pretty good except the screen, what’s the point of paying for excellent quality if the screen is going to be scratched, otherwise the phone was fine, no other scratches on the body but lowkey it was a little dirty when I got it, I had to like clean some stuff around the camera bump. The packaging it came in made me scared that it was counterfeit lowkey. I mean it has 5G it’s e sim only which I could care less, connectivity works great. It was easy to set up which I would expect nothing less. I was just really ticked off about the screen, like, according to Amazon renewed the only phone condition that would have scratches on the screen is “acceptable” which goes for a whole lot less that excellent. Whatever I guess, I didn’t want to return it after there was a delay (my impatient self LOL)Also the hearing is a problem, it always has been, finally fixed with the IPhone 17 series so if heat will make you wanna die then I’d consider looking into that.

***BUYERS WITH SKEPTICAL ANXIETY***
***BUYERS WITH SKEPTICAL ANXIETY***Lets start by saying the review i am about to leave will be my best one to date with tons of detailI spent literally about a week searching for phones that had been refurbished and sold on amazon. You can see that if you click on a specific phone then scroll down alittle there will be the same phone for sale but in different conditions. Most likely these other conditioned phones come from different companies. I seen alot of reviews about people getting scammed and or getting defective phones while scrolling through all the reviews for these companies starting from 1star to about 3 stars. (Obviously 4-5 stars will sell you on the product) after many hours on my venture for phones the one company that seemed to stand out was network store. The bad reviews they had was majorly from late delivery. For some reason these boys like to use FedEx and thats okay with me. I orded my first one and got it a day and a half later which was technically a day early from the original delivery date. When i opened the package to check the phone it was in great shape. There was afew minor issues but nothing for me to truly complain about considering the price. Once i started the hello screen and setting up the data transfer i noticed i got all the way to the end then the update on the new phone crashed.. i reset both phone in hopes that it would reset the transfer and update. I was wrong! It crashed the new phone i had got and during the transfer it disconnected my sim card from my other phone. I had two phones with no service! It was late that night so i woke up the next day and took the new phone to apple to get help or an explanation how to fix. They said they could help but they needed to plug the phone in to their repair laptop. I agreed then after plugging the phone in they realized the port of the phone was damaged and needed to be replaced which can cost anywhere from 300-700$ !!!! Grasping for both phones with anxiety and frustration i left the store and immediately went to a tech store to see what they would charge and they quoted the same. I went to my phone carrier to get another sim card which costed me $10 so i could have service again. then started the process of getting a refund on the amazon app. Amazon’s customer service reached out the the company to notify them of the issue and they confirmed i should hear back from the seller within 48hours. I eventually heard from the company and told them the issue. They immediately send a prepaid label to send the phone back to them in which i did that same day. 2 days later i received another 15 pro max 512gig black titanium phone that is nothing less than excellent shape. After a 16 hour data transfer i am now able to sit here and say these boys are the truth. They corrected a defective product with a even better one and didn’t overly press about it. I can say i will be book marking this company in particular when it comes to buying anything refurbished again. I hope this can give someone an idea of the integrity they have. I will not deny that it was not an easy process and yes i did lowkey freak out thinking i was out of 950$ but they came through. The next best thing i can tell you is please do your research when it comes to jumping from an older phone or just a newer phone in general. I went from a 11pro max to a 15 pro max and the process of eliminating the physical sim card put me in a real bind.Last but not least, UPDATE THE PHONE FIRST!!!!!!!!After you update it then you can reset the phone then start the data transfer process. If all else fails you have to connect the phone to a laptop in DFU mode then manually update it. With the first phone i got i could have updated it first then loaded all my stuff on it and never knew the port had an issue. But since i did figure it out that means i couldn’t manually update it to fix the crashed out phone i got the first time.Once again thanks for correcting this. I cannot wait to take pictures and videos with my daughter this summer with my new phone.

Got the phone and it had 100% battery which was unexpected but very welcomed. The phone runs very well but the screen came puzzlingly scratched. It’s as if the previous phone owner just took their nails and randomly scratched the screen before handing it off. Aside from that the screen runs at 120hz, phone has 100% battery and the phone runs very well so overall the phone is very satisfied with the purchase.

The phone arrived in a filthy paper wrap and dirty, but after cleaning it turned on well and seemed fine from there on in. The charging cable came without addappter with a USB-C to USB-C cable, rendering it useless. Good thing it is compatible with others.IMEI validated, battery at 100% health!

This beautiful iPhone is clean and smooth, but I have returned it; unfortunately, it did not come with a sim card slot. I wish I could keep it.
