Just buy it. Stop searching for the magic camera that is cheap and high quality. This thing rocks.
Honestly, I treated these cameras like absolute crap when I first got them. I left them on the ground outside for weeks before even installing them (I own a business and things just get the better of me). We had crazy rain, frosts and all sorts of mud and dirt got on them. I finally installed them today and I gotta say, we are going to buy more for our business because I am shocked on the quality and durability. Set up is a joke, its incredibly simple. And with it having solar, no brainer on simplicity. No wiring, no mess. I almost never write reviews but this is a great camera and system and the motion alerts aren’t annoying, i.e., the wind blows and you get notification. It gives ACTUAL notifications of movement. Night vision is great too and the wide angle makes it so you don’t need a boat load of cameras. My ONLY complaint, is the price point but I am firm believer in you get what you pay for. Considering I do business all around the globe, I know the true costs of items but I don’t care because of the simplicity. If you are on the fence, just do it. Make your life easier and skip searching all over amazon for some magic camera that is cheap and high quality, its not realistic. Get this.

very happy with the quality of these cameras!
these cameras are wonderful. the night vision is very clear. they capture excellent details. we had zero issues connecting them to to hub, no issues installing, and no issues with the voice to camera capabilities. we love that they are solar panel powered and that we don’t have to pay a monthly fee. rained a few days and had no interference of any kind. this was our first property camera purchase and we are very happy with them. highly recommend to novice users.

Beautiful video detail, got coverage of all areas around the house, easy set up and no subscription makes it even better along with the solar charging, almost set up and forget, night vision very clear, lots of nocturnal animals in my area, no more wondering

Fitted one of these after an incident with our car. From the sales pitch it met a number of requirements – no need to connect to a cloud provider (Although its optional), no need to drill holes in the wall and run cables etc and a lot of positive reviewsThese were easy and quick to set up, everything worked first time as per the instructions. No need to call the Customer Help LineWiFi coverage seems good – moved the hub unit a few times to find the best balance of the signal strength between the front and back of the house but once done has remained strongI charged the cameras once at the beginning via a USB power supply and since then they’ve sat at 100% even with the longer eveningsVery easy to install outside given the solar panel – took longer to get the ladder out that putting them up. Coverage is good so there’s a level of flexibility in locationBarely adjusted the settings for motion etc etc – seems good enough to catch almost everything although we know it’s missed a few callers or people leaving the house for some reason – but we’re happy with this. we get some false detection in the rear from we think bushes moving but again I’d rather that than being to insensitiveClearing data from the hub is a little manual and repetitive but that’s about the only UI issue we’d comment could be improved so farNotifications via the app are very fast – its detects someone coming down the path and we generally get the notification before they’ve knocked on the doorSo ~ 2 months in – pretty happy. Performance and capability has met requirements so far, and reliable and easy to use, for an acceptable price

This system provides better value than the Eufy 2c camera system. You get more features at a similar price like higher resolution cameras, more storage, and solar charging. I had the Eufy system and returned it after getting this Aosu system.The system was easy to setup and the app works well and is responsive. If there was one suggestion I could make is for the app is to add 2-step authentication for an extra security layer.In operation itself the system works well enough. The resolution quality is adequate and night vision works well. If your target viewing area is a bit further from the camera, I’d recommend using black and white night vision instead of colour as the contrast helps make objects more distinguishable at night.Motion detection works well if not perfect. There is a detection range that’s shorter than the actual viewing area seen by the camera. Within 10-15 feet it’s reasonably reliable and beyond that less so as the hit rate on motion detection decreases. The angle of the camera also matters here.The solar panels are adequate to keep the cameras charged as long as you point them where they’ll get sun. They even charge on overcast days albeit a bit slower than if they were getting direct sunlight. One of the cameras had a problem where it was not charging correctly and holding charge. After some back and forth with customer service through the app, they sent me a replacement next day and I’m happy to report that the replacement works perfectly now.
