I received these Annke cameras very quickly. I installed them & the setup was very easy to do. It was very nice to just mount the cameras & solar panels & not have to run wires for power & connection. The cameras connected wirelessly to a wifi receiver that came with them & made things so easy to connect to them from my phone. The other nice feature is that they both have 360 views capability & have a very good view. The wifi receiver came with a QR code to scan, which made it easy to setup. I do recommend this setup to anyone looking to have cameras without running all of the wiring. So, far the batteries seem to be doing good & charging like they should. I also had to go through a security process to ensure that no one else can connect to them. It was also easy to share the camera connection with family. Thanks, Annke!Elliot

Great Product and Great Customer Support
The house we moved into 5 years ago was pre-wired for cameras. I did some research and chose an Annke wired 8 camera system. It still works great and I love the ability to see what is going on around the house either at night or when on a trip. The only downside was that the fixed wired locations left a few gaps in coverage around the house. I did not want to try to run new wires so I decided to try a wireless setup.In the five years I have had the original system, the only problem I had was one of the cameras began resetting often. Turns out one of the non-Annke aftermarket power supplies I used was going bad. I reached out to the Annke tech support and within a day they replied with suggestions that helped me quickly zero in on the fix. They even took the time to include sketches to help. They followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working ok. Based on this experience, I decided to go with Annke again and buy this 2 camera wireless setup.The Annke Sight app and the voice prompts on the unit walk you through getting the base unit linked to your home router and getting the cameras wirelessly link to the base unit. The base unit can either be wired directly to the router or connected via WiFi. As Murphy’s law would have it, the two areas that I wanted to get better coverage are on opposite ends of the house (90′ apart). I assumed that the distance between the cameras would mean that I would have to find a location for the base unit somewhere in the middle. Turns out I have the base unit on one end of the house and it has no issue connecting to both cameras and the router. It literally took me more time to figure out where I wanted to put the cameras than it did to get the system working. I got the base unit and cameras up and running in less than 20 minutes.Once I figured out where to put the cameras, the installation was a breeze. The kit comes with templates for the camera and solar panel mounts. 10 minutes later for each camera and I was up and running. The Annke Sight App works great and allows easy control of the cameras. There are many settings for things like motion detection sensitivity, a flashing light that can be turned on or off when motion is detected, and schedules for when the motion detection is active. The view from the cameras is amazing….even at night. I would highly recommend their systems.

Good System
Set up and operation trouble free, so far. Movement is saved to separately purchased mini SD card plugged into home base. Transmit distance through multiple walls reads “weak” but is still transmitting movement. Battery charge not only a function of panel placement, but of how much movement the camera transmits to it’s home base. One cam placement sees very little movement and battery always at 100%. The other sees alot of movement and solar panel couldn’t keep up. Charge % kept dropping each day. So connected full-time it to ac power, which Aanke tech (which via email is excellent) advised was ok. Added a third cam later which was also trouble free. There is personal data breach security risk in connecting these type of wireless systems and ap to your router (research it), so went with well-established Aanke with hopes that their size/reputation and software/updates will prevent such problems. Been using their hard-wired DVR system at another location for over a decade now.

Reliable, Sharp, and Truly Low-MaintenanceI’ve had this ANNKE 2K wireless kit running for about two weeks and it’s been excellent. Setup was quick, and the solar panels keep the cameras fully charged—even with partial sun. Video is crisp in the daytime, and the color night vision is a big step up from traditional infrared.The PIR human detection is accurate; it triggers on people but mostly ignores pets and cars. Alerts hit my phone within seconds. The 360° pan/tilt works smoothly, giving wide coverage with fewer blind spots. I tested through heavy rain and humid weather—no leaks or fogging.Wifi connectivity could also be improved a little for someone like me that lives on acreage. I have a long drive way about 175 ft. So to have a camera down at the entrance is a bit challenging for the wifi signal. Just might have to go with a wifi extender or a 4g LTE camera. Which means a yearly or monthly subscription= 👎🏻The included 64GB card means no subscription fees, though the app could load past recordings a little faster.Overall, this system delivers solid field performance and is a great choice if you want dependable, maintenance-free outdoor security.
