Does this security camera require a WiFi connection to work?How to fix a device that frequently goes offline?
Yes. It requires a power source and a stable WiFi connection (2.4GHz or 5GHz) to function. If the device experiences frequent disconnections, try connecting it to a different WiFi network.
Does it have two-way talk?
Yes! Communicate clearly with anyone on the other side through the built-in microphone and speaker. Talk to family, greet visitors, or deter mischief with crystal-clear audio.
Does the infrared night vision work through a window?
The camera’s IR lights are designed for indoor use or outdoor areas without glass. For monitoring through a window, we recommend using Full Color Night Vision Mode to avoid reflections and get a clear image.
The app is asking to have the camera scan a Q*R code from my phone’s screen, but it never works. What should I do?
Our window camera doesn’t need a Q*R code to connect; that prompt is a generic app message we are updating. Simply hold the reset button for 3 seconds. After the “Reset successfully” confirmation, you can reconnect.

This 3MP window camera is fantastic! The 2K video is super clear, even at night thanks to the full-color night vision. Setup was quick, and it connected easily to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi. The motion and person detection work great, and I love the 2-way audio and built-in siren for extra peace of mind. Excellent quality for the price!

The 2K resolution provides crystal-clear images, and the ChroMax AI color night vision keeps the room fully visible even in low light. Motion detection is very responsive, sending instant alerts to my phone, which helps me monitor the studio easily when I’m away. Setup was super easy, and the camera blends unobtrusively into the space. This is a reliable, high-quality camera ideal for anyone needing indoor surveillance in a studio or workspace. Highly recommend!

Love the camera when it works and for LIVE viewing only; however, hate the software!Using the TF feature, I am unable to retrack movements/motion over a previous period of time.As the camera is mounted on the inside of the window, it picks up noises within the house which is unwanted and outside sounds are muffled.Further, the camera picks up movements of rain, window screen movements, wind blown leaves, bushes, or trash.Camera loses connection, even though it’s mounted less than two feet from WIFI extender that is used by other WIFI units without issue.When using TF card, trying to review older hits, camera times out or loses connection.Camera keeps talking gibberish for which there is no indication what is being said – assuming that camera speaks a certain number of sentences that are not mentioned anywhere.I can’t recommend this for a number of reasons, such as some of those mentioned above.
