Super value for the money…sound and photo quality superb
I purchased this phone to replace my old Samsung S10+ and it truly is satisfactory as a replacement. The battery life is amazing…..it truly lasts more than 24 hours and I have to keep it on all the time….sound quality is clear and crisp, especially when speaking to someone else…doesn’t sound like you’re in a tunnel. Very light-weight and since I carry it in my purse, very scratch resistant and durable if accidentally dropped. Photos are first rate and I don’t usually rely on picture taking with my phone. Simple set-up and easy to use in my opinion and would recommend it.

Magnetic Circle is Already in Place
This is a really good case for my new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. If I remember to open the charging port, there is no problem with people hearing what I’m saying. I accidentally drop my phone in the pool fairly often, so I needed a waterproof case. This one does the job. The best thing about it is that the magnetic circle for a magnetic phone charger is already on the case, so I can just place my phone down on the magnetic charger and the case finds that sweet spot for me. I no longer have to guess if I have it in the right place or check to see. The one thing I would change is to put a cover over the lenses on the back because cleaning the lenses is pretty tedious with the case in place, as they are recessed. I’m 100% happy with this case, though. I bought two in case I scratch this one or damage it somehow so that when I need another one, it will be on hand.

Phone is not unlocked. Horrible aftersales service. Avoid the nightmare, get the phone somewhere else. Still unable to use my device a month later, and no one seems to care.

The scratch resistance is unknown to me because I put on a case and screen protector on when I got it. Connectivity is great. Color accuracy is amazing. Battery life is a full day and a half. Storage capacity is good. Functionality is on point. A very great item.

This is not an unlocked phone plus I had to pay return shipping which was not reimbursed
Phone was advertised as an unlocked model. I made sure of that before purchasing. Come to find out it was a locked model not compatible with my carrier. The worst part was they made me pay to to ship it back to them. So now I’ve lost money. Worth ZERO stars!

For A Renewed Device, It’s Better Than I Expected. Phone Works Great Too.
The back of the phone has a smallish scratch on it and the very top right corner is the screen looks like it’s coming off the phone but it’s very small and it’s actually outside of the area of where the phone displays and when I put my case on it, you can’t see it. Paid about $1000 so overall not too shabby for the price and my protection plan through Amazon that I already have covers this device!
